Subsidiary Aims

To provide fluency speaking practice in a Ss practice fluency by speaking and share opinion on the types of films they like to watch.
Procedure (30-44 minutes)
1. The teacher will show pictures from different films and elicit film types.
2. Ss will have to match the types of film according to their genres. They have to match the types of film with their pictures from known films. Following words will be drilled, Action films, Thrillers, Horror films , Science-fiction (sci-fi) Cartoons, Love stories, Comedies, Historical dramas Teach “spy” as a synonym of “secret agent”
Ss work in groups to match the film types with their pictures and then speak about the likes and dislikes. They will have to complete sentences like, I love sic-fi films but I don't like the love stories, I really like.......I quite like......... I really hate........Yes me too.......Really?
The teacher reads through a text to shortly introduce the ss with the James Bond movie series and Ian Fleming an author of 11 bond movies.
Some pictures from series of Bond movies will be shown and vocabulary will be elicited regarding the series of the movies and the actor, i.e., Sean Connery, Ian Fleming the writer of the first Bond novel, Casino Royale..

Ss listen to the recording again for as 2nd time for a specific information. Then remind ss of using "Did" for past simple Questions and fill in the gaps.

Ss will be given word in wrong order and they will have to put them in correct order to make questions sentences. Then speak to ask those questions to each other
