Procedure (41-57 minutes)
- Show Ss a video of an EFL teacher - With your partner, discuss what you saw in the video - W/C FB
Teacher shows the pictures of the text and elicits the context. Students work in pairs and share their ideas with whole class.
Read my Ss a passage that contains the target structure. This first read through aims to familiarize them with the passage information as well as the grammatical structure.
Give Ss a transcript of the passage I've read. Target Grammatical Structure is replaced by blanks. Ss listen, try to determine what they are hearing, fill in the blanks. - I'll read again.
