Description

In this lesson students will learn 'I wish' (verb),and 'if only' (conjuction) through guided discovery and will have some chance of practicing. The lesson starts with a lead-in subject to create the context. Then it is followed by an activity to elicit the meaning and form and pronunciation. At the end of the lesson, students practice speaking with some colourful cards including pictures and some verbs written on them. They create their own stories by looking at their cards and tell their pairs. If any time left, a freer speaking activity will be done.
