Procedure (37-40 minutes)
Show them a picture of breakfast and elicit the word. Ask them all what they had for breakfast.
using props and stories elicit 5-6 difficult words from text. Do MPF by model and rrepeate, writing it on board and eliciting
have them read 5 titles then tell them that they are to read the article for 3 minutes and choose the best title. ICQ's to ensure comprehension
Have the students read through a list of T/F's. Now with the T/F questions have then read in detail for these facts. Have them check in pairs. Nominate to answer to class. clarify any vocab or pronunciation problems I see.
Have the students talk in pairs about their experiences with coffee at breakfast. Have them share to the class about what they learned about their partner.
