Procedure (37-48 minutes)
*Play the theme songs of the Flingstones and the Simpsons and ask the Ss to guess the cartoons. * Ask the names' of the characters
* Provide each student a picture and ask them to introduce the cartoon characters each other in pairs. * Get w/c feedback.
* Put the students into two groups. Introduce Molly and Steve to the Ss. Provide each student a worksheet. Tell the groups to read the info and write the names of Molly and Steve's family onto the family tree. Ss work in pairs. Monitor the Ss and help where necessary. Give the answer keys.
Regroup the Ss into pairs. Tell them ask and answer the questions to complete the family tree. Monitor the Ss and help where necessary. Take notes of errors. Get w/c feedback on the w/b.
If time, record some incorrect sentences on the w/b and ask the Ss to correct the errors.
