After T introduces herself and learns the Sts names, she will set the lesson through the following example:When I was a student in Antalya I went to Slovakia to study. When I went there I was shocked because nobody spoke English. It was very difficult for me. After this example T asks student "What other difficulties did I have there?" and writes their answers on the board. Following this, T puts Sts into groups of 3 and get them to share their own experiences using each point ( food, language, weather, clothing) on the board as a guide. During this activity teacher monitors and makes sure that all of the Sts participate in the activity. Finally T tells Sts the aims of the lesson.
T choses an item ( language) from previous stage and asks students how she might have felt about it. Following this, T asks students to talk about how they felt during their own travel experineces. T then writes the adjectives on board by eliciting them from Sts . T then introduces the vocabulary from ex. 1 by writing them to the board and asking Sts if they think it has a positive or negative meaning. After that T elicits the meaning of the new vocabulary and if the students don't know the meaning she provides a definition by using an example relevant to her Sts. T also focuses on the pronunciations of the words when she gives the meaning.
T tells the students that she lost her cat a few days ago and she couldn't find her anywhere. T asks the students which adjectives describe her feeling the best. Following this, T puts the students in a different group of 3. T then gives a handout with a matching exercise and she firstly asks Sts to complete it individually. And later, T asks them to discuss their answers with their groups. After that one student from every group comes to board to answer a couple of the questions. T provides WC feedback after asking the class if they agree on the answers.
T puts the first sentence of Exercise 1 on the board and elicit from the students which proposition is correct. T then explains some words go together. T tells them to go back and have a look at the matching exercise from the previous stage. Later T gives the ex 1. to Sts and have them do the rest of ex. 1 by. After that T asks students to discuss their answers with the person next to them. After that T provides Sts with the correct answers. T also highlights the grammatical form that follows the proposition.
T puts the students in group of three and asks them to discuss their feelings on living in/ moving to a new place by using TL. Then T asks everybody to write 5 sentences about their feelings on living in / moving to a new place. T monitors Sts during the activity. T ask students "Who wants to share her/ his feelings with the WC?"
