Main Aims

Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (2-4 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

In this stage Teacher will talk Murphy s Law that they used in reading (before grammar part) and elicit some of the examples for student so they can get the point .

Exposure (5-7 minutes) • To provide context for the target language through a text or situation

In this stage Teacher will ask CCQ from student and they have to answer it (for example : what will will you do if you late for the flight).

Highlighting (2-4 minutes) • To draw students' attention to the target language

In this stage teacher will some of the sentence that student in correct form on the board to draw their attention Target Language.

Clarification (12-15 minutes) • To clarify the meaning, form and pronunciation of the target language

In this stage teacher will clarify them for student with the examples that student just made , they have to Use if + present to talk about a possible situation and will / won t + base form to talk about the consequence , and next The IF clause can come first and second , And mentioning that if the IF clause comes first , we usually put a comma before the next clause. Then Teacher will mention other another form like :you can use the imperative or can + base from instead of will + base form of other clause ( f , e if you miss the boss the last hour you can take a taxi. ).

Controlled Practice (10-12 minutes) • To concept check and prepare students for more meaningful practice

in this stage student are going to Do Exercise a and b in grammar bank page 141 ,8B they have 4 min to answer . They have 2 min to check their answers in pair

Free Practice (10-13 minutes) • To provide students with free practice of the target language

In this stage teacher will ask to do exercise e in page 64 and student will compare their answer with each other Do they have the same (or similar) answer?
