T greets students. T asks SS: Do you prefer eating home or in a restaurant? T shows different aspects people consider to pick a restaurant (location, atmosphere, food, service, value for money) T asks to Ss which of these aspects is the most important for them.
T explains Ss they will read different reviews for a restaurant and answer the questionaire related them. Ss read the reviews and answer the google form questions about the layout and content. T conducts OCFB
T changes to the next slide. T asks SS to match the expressions used to describe each one of the aspects people use to choose a restaurant. T checks answers in OCFB. T changes to the next two slides. T asks CCQ´s for students to identify contractions and apostrophes.
Ss write a restaurant review in the google slides following the model and using the guide questions: What is the name of the restaurant? What is the atmosphere like? How is the food? Are there many dishes? Does it offer a good service? Is the location good for the place where you live? How are the prices? What is your rating?
T asks Ss to work in pairs and check eachother´s reviews. T provides a checklist: Do they describe the different aspects of a restaurant (location, atmosphere, food, service, etc)? Do they state what they like/don´t like? do they use contractions? T monitors. T provides DEC, writes sentences on the board and asks CCQ´s.
