Procedure (32-44 minutes)
T greets Ss. T shows slides with the picture of people checking into a hotel: What do you think is happening in the picture? (people are checking into a hotel) T asks Ss: Have you ever stayed in a hotel? Ss share their answers
T asks Ss to think about questions they could do at a check in about these topics: Wi-Fi, breakfast, luggage, check out. T explains to Ss they will hear two conversations about two people checking into a hotel. Answer: Did they ask the questions you thought about? T plays the audio. T conducts OCFB, T screenshares google forms 1. T asks Ss to listen and check who is saying each one of the phrases. T asks ICQ´s: Are you choosing an option or completing a conversation? T sends google forms through the chat. T plays the audio. T checks answers in OCFB.

T changes slide. T explains Ss will role play a situation where they check in in a hotel. One will be the receptionist and the other the guest. They will change roles afterwards. T shares student A and B roles through the chat. T asks ICQ's: Are you going to role play or discuss? Will you change roles? T sends Ss to BOR´s and monitors.
T greets Ss back from BOR´s. T writes some sentences produced by SS in the zoom board. T asks CCQ´s for Ss to notice errors. T praises Ss use of language. T says goodbye.
