Main Aims

Teach and practice the number 4.

Introduce and practice the colors black and white.

Students will be able to identify and use the number 4 in various contexts.

Students will be able to recognize and name objects in black and white.

Students will review the previously learned vocabulary related to animals (fish, bird, cat, kitten, dog, puppy, and rabbit).

Speaking skills: Practice describing objects using numbers and colors.

Listening skills: Help students understand the new and reviewed words when they hear them.
Procedure (36-51 minutes)
1- Greeting the students with " hello, How are you? " Then, play a hello song. 2- Assign a student as the teacher helper. 3- Roll call, taking attendance using a roll call song. 4- Checking students workbooks. 5- Review animals Vocabulary ( Missing Card Game or slap the card game )
1_ Introduce the colors black and white with flashcards and objects in these colors. 2_ Draw students' attention to the number "4" by showing a flashcard and related objects (4 black pens or 4 white papers ).
Write number 4 on the board and practice pronunciation. Show four fingers, four cups, four chairs, etc., and count them together with the class.
1_ Ask the students to identify and name black and white objects in the classroom. 2_ Direct the students to do the book activity related to number 4 and colors black and white.
Play number matching game: Students match the sticks to the correct cup based on the number of sticks.
Ask students to find and present four objects in the classroom that are black or white. Students describe their objects for example: “I have 4 black pens.”
