Procedure (34-43 minutes)
-put SS in two groups. -play hangman with SS for the word ''Seasons''. -The first group who gets the answer is the winner.
-use realia for each seasons. -after each realia; -elicit each season's name. -ask concept check question. -drill the word. -write the word on the board to show the stress.
-stick a colorfull paper in which seasons are written and there are divided parts on it. -ask SS to come to board and choose a piece of paper in which the names of the months are written. -want SS to stick the paper to the correct season. -but before it, show a demo.
-ask students what they do in their free time. -give instructions about the role play. -SS have a flashcard and a list of activity -they don't show their flashcard to their friends. -want SS to act the flashcard in front of the class. -other SS try to guess the activity from the list. -T monitor the SS and drill each item.
-put the students in pairs. -get them to focus on the photos and activities. -want students to ask each other which season do the activities go with. -show a demo(A:which season do you play golf. B:I play golf in summer)
-Give SS a chart about five people free time activitiy. -want them to listen to five people and complete the chart with correct information of each person. -check the answers in pairs. -get students to unfold the paper and check their answers.
-divide the class in two groups. -ask SS to what they think teacher likes doing. -SS discuss in their groups and make a list. -SS ask their teacher to find about who is correct.
-put SS in pairs. -want SS to tell each other what you like doing and what you don't like doing in your free time. -ask questions to find out details.(follow-up questions) -show a demo with a strong SS. -monitor the SS. -give WC feedback.
