Students will review the previously learned vocabulary related to farm animals (cow, sheep, lamb, etc.)

Students will learn to identify and describe family members using the phrases "Who is this?" and "This is my [family member]."
Subsidiary Aims

Speaking skills: Help students use demonstrative pronouns in sentences.

Listening skills: Help students understand sentences containing demonstrative pronouns.

Speaking skills: Help students use the target phrases in sentences.

Listening skills: Help students understand questions and responses about family members.

Vocabulary: Reinforce previously learned family members (Mother, Father, etc.)
Procedure (41-55 minutes)
1- Greeting the students with " hello, How are you? " Then, play a hello song. 2- Assign a student as the teacher helper. 3- Roll call, taking attendance using a roll call song. 4- Checking students workbooks. 5- Quick review with the question what did we learn in the last session?
1. Introduce demonstrative pronouns by holding up an object close to you and saying, "This is a marker." Hold an object far from you and say, "That is a marker." Do the same for plural objects: "These are markers" and "Those are markers."
1. Write "this," "that," "these," and "those" on the board and explain their usage with examples. Use farm animal flashcards to practice: "This is a cow," "That is a chicken,", etc.
Direct the students to the book activity, Ask students to point and describe using demonstrative pronouns and do the activity.
Hand out the demonstrative pronouns worksheet. Explain the task and have students complete it individually.
Show and Tell Activity: Ask students to use objects available in the classroom. Each student will present their object to the class, using demonstrative pronouns to describe it.
