Main Aims

Students knowledge will be reinforced by reviewing previously learnd vocabulary related to family members (mother, father, sister,...), body parts (eyes, mouth, nose, ...), classroom objects ( table, chair, paper,...), colors (red, yellow, blue), and shapes (triangles, squares, circles).

Students will be able to use simple language structures like (What is it?, who is this? and etc) for asking and answering questions.

Students will be able to understand and discuss the value of respecting others’ belongings.

Students will be able to identify and describe ants, ant hills, and their family.
Subsidiary Aims

Speaking skills: help students talk using the new words.

Review and reinforcement: Help students remember and use what we learned before in a fun and engaging way.

Procedure (49-63 minutes)
1- Greeting the students with " hello, How are you? " Then, play a hello song. 2- Assign a student as the teacher helper. 3- Roll call, taking attendance using a roll call song. 4- Checking students workbooks. 5- Quick review with the question "what did we learn in the last session? 6- Review vocabulary related to family members, classroom objects, body parts, shapes and colors through a number picking game. You can also review the colors with the guess the color game.
Demonstrate respecting others’ belongings by asking a student if you can use their books.
Discuss with the class: “Is it good to take others’ things without asking?”
1_Discuss what it means to respect others' belongings. Use simple language and relatable examples. _____________________________________________ 2_ Teach and practice the pronunciation of the new vocabulary (ant, anthill, and family)
1_ Direct the students to complete the book activity related to the value of respecting others' belongings.
Roleplay: Divide the classroom into groups of 4. Each group will act as an ant family and practice respecting each other’s belongings.
