Teaching Practice 4
Beginner, A1 level

Description

In this lesson, students learn about the family members. The lesson starts with a video which is about family members. Here, students are introduced the vocabulary. This is followed by a reading. Ss check the picture on pg. 24, read the speech bubbles, complete a table, and check their answers. Then they have another exercise where they do the task first and then listen (for specific information) and check their answers. Afterwards, Ss are introduced possessive 's and do some related exercises. Finally, there is a freer speaking activity where they make sentences by looking at the first picture using possessive 's and family members.

They are expected to use family vocab and possessive 's. Each pair ask and answer 3 questions to each other. They do this activity with two different partners.
