Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (5-10 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

Warmer Activity. The teacher wants to revise the words. SS are grouped and given a puzzle.

Test #1 (8-10 minutes) • To gauge students' prior knowledge of the target language

Using the P. The picture is on the board. We will talk about it? Who can it be? Drawing picture of a person and his mother and grandmother. Teach them the vocabulary. Elicit Set up listening and practice. Talk about Mary. Get ready them for listening. There are 5 people: Sid Fiona Anne Kevin Nick Give them the questions and make them groups. The first will answer 1,2,3, the others will answer 4,5,6 they will change the answers.

Teach (15-20 minutes) • To clarify areas of the target language where students had difficulty in the first test stage

Draw a family tree. Put some photos. Write the names of people. Teach them "my, your, her" by showing and object and trying to take it. Write jobs and of these people. Then talk about. "This is my husband. His name is Brad. He is a doctor" Give them hand outs. Ex 10. Correct the words on board.

Free practice (13-15 minutes) • To provide students with free practice of the target language

Give them a form. They have to fill it by asking each other.
