Description
In this lesson students read about 3 different people talking about where they live , whether it is a city or a village or a town. In this reading the focus is on simple present tense. After reviewing what has been said in those 3 paragraphs, students will be asked to write a paragraph the same as they just read, to introduce their town to others . Like this paragraphs will be published on the city website .

Procedure (19-29 minutes)
Pre task (5-8 minutes) • Get students ready to go for the reading
A discussion about where students live and what places there are in their towns. Reviewing some vocabularies and pre teach some others . Guessing the context based on pictures related to the reading.
While task (10-13 minutes) • Do the reading
One reads a paragraph aloud to others , students compare the town named in that paragraph with their own town . Then we move to the next paragraph, and do the same for that too. Each student says one sentence to compare.
Post task (4-8 minutes) • Producing a paragraph
Students answer 4 cc questions. Then they are asked to produce a paragraph about their own town individually, like the paragraph is going to be published on the city website.
