Procedure (30-47 minutes)
Quickly remind the students of the previous topic Show Picture of the house labeled with the vocabulary that are previously taught
Introduce the audio to the students; a radio interview about eco-friendly home. Ask students to answer the question: 'Which of the words on the slide are not mentioned in the audio?" Flash the answers afterwards.
Listening to an extract from the interview and complete the sentences
T gives Ss a worksheet of a guided discovery task to elicit the meaning and the form. Students will work in pairs. Then, T will clarify the meaning using CCQs and visuals. Afterwards, T will model and drill
Ss will fill the gaps using a controlled practice T will ask them to check in pairs T will take nominative feedback and reveal the answers
Students will think about the activities on the board, think which ones they will do on their own and which ones they will pay to have done. After that, they will share it with their pair, then share their ideas with their classmates. This practice will be Think-Pair-Share
