Procedure (37-45 minutes)
My group is children of 10 and 11 years old, I have the sixth grade group, there are a total of 25 students. They really like to have fun with educational activities where they interact with each other, since they are a group with a lot of energy, I choose to put on attractive activities where they don't get bored and learn.
•In this lesson we will learn what jobs and trades are •Start the day by asking the students if they know what day it is, mentioning that we are starting a new week, in which we will begin to see a new topic called trades and professions. •Explain that people carry out different activities for their benefit and that of their community, some people work in factories to make clothes, in the fields to harvest food, in an office, in a school, etc.
•Give the students a sheet where the jobs and trades are indicated with drawings. •Ask the children the following questions: What do you observe? What do you want to be when you grow up? What job do you feel is most difficult? Do you know what people work for? Do you know someone who works? • On the sheet, ask the students to draw a drawing of mom or dad's job and everything that their job entails, for example, if the family member works in a bakery, the children should draw the bakery, the person who works and the tools you need for your work, etc. •When finished, draw what they want to work on when they grow up and explain what it consists of.
How certain corrections in children would be seen is the way in which those classified or called are already trades and others are professions.
