Introduce yourself using phrases like "My name is..." and asking "What is your name?" (What's your name?). Practice basic questions like "How are you?" Know polite expressions such as "Por favor" (Please) and " Gracias" (Thank you). Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

Learn to greet formally and informally. Understand the difference between "Hello" and "Hi", as well as "Good morning", "Good afternoon", and "Good evening".

Exposure (4-6 minutes) • To provide context for the target language through a text or situation

Highlighting (2-4 minutes) • To draw students' attention to the target language

Greetings Bingo: Create bingo cards with different greetings in English. Students must listen to the expression you say and mark the corresponding one on their cards. You can have students win by completing a row, column, or diagonal.
