Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (7-6 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

Teacher asks ss to talk in pairs about traveling transport preference in a picture. Instructions: In pairs discuss the following questions: What mode of transport do you prefer when you travel? Do you think cars are better than planes? Have you ever ridden a motorbike? ICQs: - Are you going to talk about the modes of transport in the picture? - Are you going to discuss in pairs or groups? - How long will it take? 4 mins Predictions: 2 mins *Main session* Which one of these do you think is the fastest in a busy city?

Pre-Reading/Listening (6-7 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible
