Procedure

Canción de los Colores en Inglés y Español (3-5 minutes) • Watch a video to introduce them to the topic

-Watch a video to learn about colors. -Ask what colors they see around them.

Color by number (8-10 minutes) • -Deliver a worksheet on colors, which consists of coloring the drawing, according to the numbers that correspond to each color

-Give each person a sheet of paper, with a drawing. -Follow the instructions, which are, color each part of the figure, guided by the numbers, which are related to a color.

Identifying colors (8-10 minutes) • Do a small activity so that they write the name of the colors.

-Ask them to name different objects of the color mentioned. -Draw on the board the objects that the students say and write the name that was mentioned -Ask them to copy it into their notebook.

Colorful pieces (10-15 minutes) • Match the figures with the corresponding color.

-Place the small felt figures inside the box. -Place the large pieces of felt on the floor. -Go one by one, ask them to take out a piece at random without seeing. -Say out loud the color tone of the piece they took out. -Place the figure on the large piece of felt that corresponds to the color.

The water that walks (18-20 minutes) • Make a rainbow following the instructions

-Place the seven glasses in a row. -Fill only four glasses with water alternately. -Place five drops of red food coloring in the first and last glass. -Place five drops of yellow food coloring in the third glass. -Place five drops of blue food coloring in the fifth glass. -Fold a napkin in half lengthwise. The glasses will be connected through the napkin. -Insert the napkins from one glass to another to connect them, even if some do not have water. -Let time pass and check how the liquid and colors are transferred.
