Procedure (45-59 minutes)
to prepare some examples of their previous lesson giving numbers and filling the wanted part
now i start talking about numbers place and how to round them depending on the numbers if it is 5 or greater than 5 we round up, if it is smaller than 5 we round down CCQ: should we round up when it is 5? should we write zero after rounding?
student should highlight rounding up ways form in their worksheet to grab their exact attention to procedure. ICQ: should we highlight everything? should we circle?
to clarify meaning of rounding how we do it
students must do the prepared worksheets
they do some exercise of finding round number or where we find it
now for freer practice they guess weight of something or price of something
