Description

In this lesson , the students will talk about photos and taking photos. The teacher will start with himself and talk about his own interest in this subject and then ask the students about theirs.I will ask the students to guess the subject based on the conversation we had . Then i will show the students an example of how to write about the picture they like in a passage. I will explain them the way we write it and talk about the layouts.Then i will ask them to write a writing and give them feedbacks.

Main Aims

To provide product writing practice of a fun and useful conversation in the context of pictures and taking photos

Subsidiary Aims

To provide fluency speaking practice in a fun conversation in the context of our favorite habits that we love to do

Procedure (44-54 minutes)

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

At first we will talk about our favorite photos and taking pictures. The teacher will start with himself and then go on and ask the students about their own perspective view on this subject.

Useful Language (8-9 minutes) • To highlight and clarify useful language for coming productive tasks

I will ask the students to guess the subject of the writing based on the conversation we had and then show them an photo of an passage based on this context. im gonna clarify for them the layouts and how to write a text like this.

Productive Task(s) (25-30 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target productive skills

I will ask the students to write a passage on their own and give them time to really make a good effort.

Feedback and Error Correction (8-10 minutes) • To provide feedback on students' production and use of language

I will check their writing and give them feedbacks about their writing and then give them homework to have another writing based on the mistakes i have found in their writing and tips i have given them.
