Description
In this activity, the student will practice halloween vocabulary and complete a pattern atvity.

Procedure (45 minutes)
Warmer/Lead-in (5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students
The students remember what they did on the other pattern class. They will remember what month it is and halloween is very close. The teacher shows what the students will do that day.
Exposure (15 minutes) • To provide a model of the task and highlight useful words and phrases
The students look at halloween vocabulary through a ppt. They will later play an online game about the vocabulary.
Task (15 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target productive skills
The students will watch the pattern video to remember how to do a pattern activity. Later, the students will get their worksheets and complete the activity using the words.
Language Practice (10 minutes) • To provide students with practice of the task language
The students are asked if they like halloween and about their favorite thing about halloween.
