Description

In this lesson, Main focus is writing, at first students learn about some vocabulary based on a reading about school homework and then they are going to answer some question about the reading context , and then based on a model context they are going to write a text between tow options which i give to them

Main Aims

  • To provide process writing practice of a eassay in the context of school

  • To provide clarification of learning in the context of school

Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (2-3 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

IN this stage i am going to talk about some memory about school and how I used to do my homework and ask question about homework from my students

Useful Language (3-5 minutes) • To highlight and clarify useful language for coming productive tasks

IN this stage i want to show some pictures to my students and teach some key word from the reading text that they have to read after and elicit the meaning of vocabulary form them

Exposure (2-4 minutes) • To provide a model of production expected in coming tasks through reading/listening

students are going to read a text which is about the school homework and review the vocabulary and see a model of what they should do for upcoming task

Productive Task(s) (3-5 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target productive skills

they are going to fill the chart based on the text that they read check the answer with them

Writing (5-10 minutes) • students produce their writing

They are going to chose between two topic about school that I gave them and do writing task
