Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

T shows the Ss some pictures of posters of movies, musicals and concerts and telles them to discuss the following questions How do you choose which movies/series to watch? How do you choose which musicals or concerts/recitals to go?

Exposure (6-8 minutes) • To provide a model of production expected in coming tasks through reading/listening

T exposes Ss to model of production expected with a text of and online review, and an activity in which Ss match paragraphs of the review with questions that each paragraph answers ( with the Liveworksheet). Ss will do the activity individually and then T and Ss discuss the answers as a class.

Useful Language (6-8 minutes) • To highlight and clarify useful language for coming productive tasks

Ss will work on Ex. 2 of the Liveworksheet, in which they´ll clasify different useful words and phrases that will help them in the production that they have to do after that. Students will do the activity individually and then check it in pairs or groups. T will provide feedback after that.

Productive Task(s) (16-18 minutes) • To provide an opportunity to practice target productive skills

Ss will have an opportunity to practise their productive skills by writing an online review ( in a Google Docs). The explanation of the activity is on Ex. 3 of the Liveworksheet ( they have to pay attention to answer the questions on Ex.3 and use the phrases on Ex. 2)

Feedback and Error Correction (6-8 minutes) • To provide feedback on students' production and use of language

Ss will do peer correction with an assignment checklist ( T will copy it on the whiteboard) Then T will give feedback on the productions, praising good language and eliciting language that can be improved and reformulated.
