Procedure (35-48 minutes)
Teacher shows some pictures to illustrate putting name into Facebook and being active in social media. The teacher starts talking about spending time in social media and the things might be happen in social media. Teacher ask students to talk about their experience in social media and the reasons they use social media.
In this stage the teacher is going to teach the students some key vocabularies of the pictures to learn better. The students are going to guess the keywords by pictures and discussion about the actions in pictures. The teacher will be help the students by synonym of the keywords. The teacher is going to write the blocking words such as "coincidence", "discover" etc on the board.
The students are going to guess about the topic of the listening and answer the question "What is the coincidence?" after listening to the audio aCD5 11C once. They are given about 1:49 minutes to listen carefully and their their answer with class.
The students are going to read 8 questions in the American English File Book before playing the audio again. They are given about 2 minutes to read the whole questions carefully, Then audio is going to play again. They will check their answers in pairs and then with the whole class. They will discuss about the reasons of their answers to the questions together. If they found the right answer, the teacher would announce the right answer. If they couldn't persuade each other, the teacher play the audio again for them and ask them again to discuss about it.
The students are going to be divided into group of 3 and answer these two questions: 1, Have you ever put your name into Google or Facebook? 2, Did you discover anything interesting? They are given about 10 minutes to discuss about the questions above in their groups.
