Procedure (49-65 minutes)
I will start by asking the Ss about what they had for launch/dinner and continue by asking them whether they prefer fast food or local food and when was the last time they ate sandwiches and what was it. at the end I want them to guess what open sandwiches are.
In this part, i will establish a competition and divide the class into groups of four. i will give them one min to write how many sandwiches they know with ingredients.
i will start by giving them three min to read the text and then Ss should volunteer to describe what they understand.
In this part, Ss are supposed to read the text again in order to find the names for question number two and complete the sentences for question number three with information from the text
In this step, i want to put more focus on grammatical structure (how much and how many) and give a lot example to make Ss clarify.
After teaching grammar part, i am going to give them a couple of multiple questions about countable and uncountable grammar order to be sure that they understood completely.
Ss should work grammar in pairs, for example once should be waitress and the other should play the role of customer. as a customer, Ss should order their food and use how much and many and waitress are supposed to ask and introduce their menu the same grammar.
