Description

In this lesson, Student will learn some new vocabulary, different way to speak about their favorite weather. The lesson will start by listening to a great music to increase the energy of the class. Then, it will continue by showing some pictures of different kinds of weathers. After that, students will repeat the words to understand the correct pronounciation. At the end, Students will have a game in two groups, that it helps them to undersand the meaning better.

Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

At the beigining of the class we would play music that is related to the lesson, this music make the students energetic, active and ready to learn the new lesson.

Exposure (8-10 minutes) • To provide context for the target language through a text or situation

In this stage by those colorful pictures I try to teach them the new words.

Clarification (2-4 minutes) • To clarify the meaning, form and pronunciation of the target language

In this stage, I would ask Ss to repeat the words to understand the correct pronounciation of each word.

Highlighting (5-10 minutes) • To draw students' attention to the target language

In this stage I would ask them to talk about their favorite and make some personal example to understand the meaning of the words better, In addition it can help their S skill

Controlled Practice (15-20 minutes) • To concept check and prepare students for more meaningful practice

In the last stage I will have a game, for this I should divide the Ss in two groups, one by one shold try to throw the markers into the pencil case, then, she/he should pick up one of the important words and try to make a sentence by that word to give positive, the group that achive more positive is the winner.
