Description

In this lesson, students learn about superstitions. The lesson starts with a discussion about guessing the session topic followed with a discussion about superstitions. This is followed by a listening and writing task to integrate various skills in the lesson. Finally, there will be a Gallery Walk activity to read and discuss their writing.

Main Aims

Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

• The teacher will share three pictures that express superstitions and ask the students about them to guess the topic of a lesson. • The teacher will Introduce the word superstitions to the students using MPF and gave them examples to highlight the meaning.
