Procedure (33-45 minutes)
Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students
in this stage
Pre-Reading/Listening (2-3 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible
The teacher showes a picture to students and asks them to tell any words come to their minds when they watching the picture
While-Reading/Listening #1 (10-12 minutes) • To provide students with less challenging gist and specific information reading/listening tasks
In this stage teacher asks students to listen to the audiofill and tell her what they understand
While-Reading/Listening #2 (10-15 minutes) • To provide students with more challenging detailed, deduction and inference reading/listening tasks
In this stage teacher asks students to read questions related to listening in page 15 and then listen again then answere the questions
Post-Reading/Listening (8-10 minutes) • To provide with an opportunity to respond to the text and expand on what they've learned
