Clarification (8-10 minutes) • To clarify the meaning of the target language.

-T share screen with meaning activity -T goes through the first instruction with students "What phrase do we use to start a story"? -T ask students is a phrase a group of words or just one word? -T tells students they will have 2 minutes to answer questions in breakout rooms -T brings students back and goes over questions.

(ex. you can start by saying. In the beginning the superhero was very strong)

Peer review (8-10 minutes) • to allow students to check each others papers reenforcing that they understand the target language.

-T tells students which ones will be paired together -T shares writing prompt on all the papers -T shows how they should correct the paper -T sends the students into breakout rooms for 5 minutes to read each others stories -T returns the SS and if more time changes students partners or goes over a story with the class -If T recognizes an error being used over and over again T goes through it with class
