Procedure

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • Review present perfect

I'm going to write these sentences on the board. I will ask them which one is not true about them 1.I have finished TTC course. 2.I have not married. 3.I have eaten lunch. 4.I have performed my reading demo.

Highlighting (5-8 minutes) • To draw students' attention to the target language

1.I'm going to add yet and already to the sentences . I will ask students add yet and already to previous sentences.

Clarification (5-8 minutes) • To clarify the meaning, form and pronunciation of the target language

I'm going to ask my students tell me an example. I will choose one of them and write on the board .change it to question form .short answer .Negative from meaning:I will draw a time line and ask students that this sentence is about past or present or future.it has finished or not yet. form: subject+*(already)*+have /has+verb(PP)+ complement+*(yet)*.

Controlled Practice (3-5 minutes) • To concept check and prepare students for more meaningful practice

I will give my students some verbs and I will ask them make questions with them and the other student should answer (yet and already)
