Procedure (27-42 minutes)
Play a food song in English to the ss, so they remember the vocabulary of food
Ask in Spanish what is your favorite food to the ss
put on the board illustrations of foods that look very delicious so that students who are still not sure of their favorite food are encouraged to choose their favorite food
Write on the board the word: my favorite food is... and mention to the students that we will use this sentence to mention our favorite food
Choose an illustration of food and add the word of the food in the sentence, mention with the whole group at the same time how the sentence would look: My favorite food is...
Pronounce in pairs: my favorite food is..., mention to the ss that if necessary they correct their classmates in the arrangement of the sentence
The ss will pass in front of the group to mention their favorite food independently
