Procedure (39-53 minutes)
Begin class by asking students what their favorite day of the week and month is, encouraging them to use the prepositions "in" and "on" in their responses. Share interesting facts or anecdotes related to specific days of the week or months to set context and engage students.
Distribute a worksheet to assess students' prior knowledge of prepositions (in, on) used with days of the week and months. The test should include fill-in-the-blank related to the correct preposition usage. Collect the completed tests for evaluation.
Review the correct use of prepositions (en, sobre) with days of the week and months. Provide examples and explanations to clarify difficult points detected in test 1. Highlight exceptions or special cases in the use of prepositions.
Administer a second test to assess students' understanding of prepositions (in, on) with days of the week and months.
