To provide clarification of characteristics of any season, their clothing, objects, and describe different events that happen in each in the context of Spring, summer, autumn and winter
Procedure (45-59 minutes)
Begin the class showing pictures representing differentes seasons and asking students to identify them. Generate a short disscusion about their favorite season.
Introduce with flashcards and explain any season of the year, their typical weather, conditions, activities they do on any seasons and events associated with each season.
Draw students attention to the target language by flashcards vocabulary words, and related to the seasons, such as spring, summer, fall and winter
Provide explanations and examples to clarify the meaning, form and pronunciation of the target language. Give examples of typical weather conditions, activities and events with each season.
Provide worksheets where students practices about their learned
Conduct a class discussion or small group activity where students discuss their favorite season and explain why they prefer ir.
Ask students to name a season of the year, and to describe what each season represents.
