To provide clarification of food in the context of farming and cooking
Procedure (28-39 minutes)
-T starts the lesson -T welcomes the Ss -T asks the Ss the following question: "What is your favorite food/meal?" -T hears Ss answers and elicits.
-T elicits the new vocabulary (wash / grow / make / cook) -T writes the words on the board and gives an example for each word. -T highlights the stress of the words -T drills the words with the SS
-T starts with the first task 1 (Listening) to listen and find / to listen and number. -T moves to task 3 (listening and drilling) -T shifts to task 4 (follow, read and complete the sentences) -T goes to second page from the book (Lesson 5) -T plays the 3rd (listen and tick) and 4th record (listen, write, and say)
-T starts the 'cook show' -T gives instrcutions about how to do this activity (Come to the board, host a cooking show, and use the vocabulary they had learned) -T allocates time for Ss -T starts the activity -T observes Ss -T gives feedback when needed -T ends the lesson
