Procedure (30-41 minutes)
- T shows them a picture and asks them to guess the topic (socializing) - T gives them (HO1) and asks them to speak about the questions provided. ICQs: a. Will you do this while sitting down? No b. Should you talk to 1 person only? No, as many as you can. c. Will we write answers? No. - T monitors Ss - T takes content feedback.
- T asks Ss to look at the pictures and guess the problems in each situation. - T sets the context of the situations and asks them to complete the sentences. - T gives instructions. - T plays the audio. - Ss listen to the audio and fill the gaps. - T monitors the Ss - Ss start peer checking. - T shows them the answers - T starts content feedback.
-T writes the 2 sentences on the board and starts eliciting the MPF - T asks CCQs to check their understanding. - T starts drilling to improve their pronunciation.
