To provide students an opportunity to improve accuracy of grammar and lexis.

To provide students with an opportunity to practice the MFPA of functional language (expressing likes and dislikes).
Procedure (40-45 minutes)
T greets students and starts the lesson by building rapport with students. Teacher shares pictures of people doing various activities and asks questions about whether the people seem to like or dislike what they are doing and why based on what is happening in the photo. T asks students to discuss activities they like and dislike in breakout rooms for 3-4 minutes to share their ideas. T conducts OCFB.
- Teacher shares text, asks students to read for 3 mins just to get the gist - Teacher provides gist fill-in activity and sends them BOR - Teacher checks the answers quickly
- T shares screen and displays 3 words - T conducts OCFB to cover MFPA, eliciting answers from Ss. Phrases: I prefer, I'm really interested in, I can't stand
- T shares screen displaying activity. - T asks students to complete the sentences with the words provided individually - Ss work in BoR to check answers and complete sentences - T conducts OCFB,
- T displays activity explains that students are going to use these sentences to discuss in pairs. - T demos - Ss work in BoR to share and respond - T conducts OCFB and elicits examples from Ss
- T displays slide with examples of correct and incorrect language use - T conducts OCFB and reviews Ss language use, eliciting from Ss which examples need to be fixed and how to fix them. - T reviews pronunciation errors and elicits correct pronunciation from Ss - T praises correct language use examples
