- T makes the Ss write a hard situation that happened with them in the past and make them write their names on the paper. - T collect the paper from the Ss and gives it to another Student and ask them what would you do if you were him/her. - T collects the paper.
- T writes a sentence on the WB ("he has a nice home and a huge income" and tries to elicit the meaning of the word income from the Ss. - T asks CCQ (Does he work?) (YES) so he has an income. - T writes (He was jailed for four months for drink-driving) and tries to elicit the meaning of the word drink-drive - T asks CCQ (Is he aware of his actions?) - digest - poll ("the country went to the polls on March 10“) - T gives MFP for all the words.
- T explains that the article gives a result of a survey about how British people would behave in different situations. - T tells the students to read the text after that tells them to discuss in pairs What would be different in Egypt.
- T write a sentence from the text on the WB (if they were given too much change, they would return the money). - T asks the students (Is this a real or imaginary situation?) - T tells the Ss the form of the second if conditional. - T tells the Ss the pronunciation.
- T gives instructions for the exercise. - T makes a demo for the 1st question. - T tells the Ss to check their answers in pairs. - T shows the answers on the PP. - T asks the Ss why they did this answer.
- T gives instructions to the Ss for the exercise. - T makes a demo. - T tells the Ss to answer individually first. - T puts the Ss into groups to discuss their answers.
- T gives the Ss language feedback for the paper that was collected in the lead-in stage and for the freer practice.
