Procedure (35-45 minutes)
The teacher asks students if they like going shopping and asks them what kind of thing they like to buy,for example clothes,electronics,grocery shopping,shoes.Teacher tells students that she likes shopping a lot especially when she's not feeling good, depressed or tired and asks students when they like to go shopping.Teacher asks students if they go shopping when they need to buy something like clothes,shoes,electronics or they like something they see and they buy them.The teacher gives them hand outs from the face 2 face student book fill in the gap activities.The teacher reviews the vocabulary that they will use in the text.
After the exercise completed teacher gets answers from the students and whole class ccq's. Teacher gives hand outs sentence scramble exercise the students exposed to this similar activity in the previous lesson they will be doing something similar.They will put ten scrambled questions in order to make a sentence in the right order shopping dialogue pieces.
Students will check their answers and read their sentences to each other and the whole class reads the answers.Since we don't have many students in the classroom I will make sure every student reads their sentences and I will correct their mistakes.
The students will practice their target productive skill speaking in this lesson. The stuents will have thirty two questions related to shopping and they will choose five of them to discuss it with their partner.After discussing with their partner they will share it with the whole class.This exercise will give them to oppurtunity to talk about their shopping experiences, what kind of things they like to buy and their shopping style.
In this stage the teacher gets feedback from the students. Every student will get to talk about their five questions and teacher corrects their sentences their pronunciation and students use of language. The teacher checks their sentence structure how they make and talk about their sentence.
