New lesson plan: Something new to watch

In this lesson students will learn some new vocabularys and a grammar to giving reason.(to + the base form V)

To provide gist reading practice using a text about Extensive reading:travel in the context of Travel

Warmer/Lead-in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

Talk about my favorite show and then ask them about theirs.

Exposure (2-5 minutes) • To provide context for the target language through a text or situation

Ask the students to look at the pictures and I"ll read the words for students .

Clarification (2-5 minutes) • To clarify the meaning, form and pronunciation of the target language

Explain the meaning of some of the vocabularys. Read them again and the will repeat.

Controlled Practice (2-3 minutes) • To concept check and prepare students for more meaningful practice

Give the students handout and they will check the correct word for pictures.

Highlight (2-3 minutes) • Grammer

Ask students to Look at the conversion of book p 64 to see grammar in it.

Clarification (4-6 minutes) • Grammer

Write the examples on the board and explain and ask them for repeat and giving more examples.

Controlled practice (3-5 minutes) • Learning grammar better

Doing practices and then check them twe by twe and then all with each other.

Reading +free practice (5-10 minutes)

At first tell the students a summary of reading and then give them time to read the reading and then Answer to the questions.
