To provide detailed reading practice using a text about TripAside in the context of Airport
Procedure (15-23 minutes)
the teacher asks this question of students: "How did you spend this week?" Then says that she/he had a busy week because she/he had to go to airport 2 times
the teacher writes " Airport" on the board, then asks the students to mention some words related to airport while writes those words on the board.
the teacher adds some other vocabularies to the ones that have been written on the board and discuses about them with students.
the teacher explains the new words that have been written on the board and asks students to repeat them after her/him. In continue, the teacher asks these questions: "Do you heard anything about TripAside? What do you think about it?’ then says to the students that read the text quickly without paying attention to the gaps, then answer to this question " which airports offer trips with TripAside. Finally, the teacher asks students to look at the sentences of A-H at firstly then read the text deeply.
the teacher asks students to fill the gaps with the sentences A-H, then checks the answers with students; and asks these two questions: “What is TripAside?” and “Is TripAside unique?” to find if the students understand the text or not.
the teacher asks students to discuses about this question" What is your idea about TripAside? Is it good idea?
