I should Tell Sts they are going to read an article entitled and then ask ICQ Fascinating facts about sugar and salt. Explain the meaning of fascinating (= very interesting). Model and drill and then pronunciation and after that CCQ In pairs, Sts read the article and fill in the blanks with sugar or salt. Highlight the meaning of too much (more than what is good for you)
Part A) I have to Tell Sts they are going to read an article entitled Fascinating facts about sugar and salt and ask ICQ . I should Explain the meaning of fascinating (= very interesting) And Model and drill pronunciation for Sts and ask CCQ. I must Point out the Glossary. I have to put Sts In pairs, Sts read the article and fill in the blanks with sugar or salt in 3min. Sts must Highlight {too much}and write the meaning of that (more than what is good for you) Part B)I should Play the audio for Sts to listen and check and I have to monitoring the Sts to Check answers. I must noy ask Sts about the facts at this stage, as they will be discussing them later. Part C)I have to Tell Sts to read the article again and find the verbs in their group. In pairs, they should try to guess the meaning and pronunciation of the verbs. I must Check answers, either explaining in English or translating . it's better for me to Model and drill the pronunciation, and get Sts to underline the stressed syllable in each verb.
