I will start my lesson with a short talk with my students. "Good afternoon! How do you feel today? Did you watch TV yesterday? Do you like watching TV? What kind of TV programmes do you watch?"

I will show a picture that includes some TV programmes in which they can see "house and renovation word." "What kind of TV programme is it? Have you ever watched any of these programmes?" And I will give the students 1 min to discuss about the type of the programme with their pairs.

I will make the students to watch a video (1 min) about a TV Show in which they can hear "fix", "build","renovation","living room","kitchen","bathroom". I will ask: "What are they doing? What are they talking about in the video?" I will try to elicit "change or renovation" words from the students. And bring up the talk to their home and ask " What about your home?" "Do you want to make any changes in your homes?" "Can everyone come to /enter in your house? or do they need permissin?" Here, my aim is to give two concepts "private" and "public".

The students will see PPT prepared by the teacher. In PPT, they can see the description of the each new word with relating pictures. I will ask the students to read the example phrases here and repeat the new word all together. So that I can check if they have any difficulty in pronounciation or not.

At this stage, students will have an activity . It's a multiple choice activity that takes place in PPT. I will make sure that the students have learned the new vocabulary.

At this stage, they will have a gap filling activity.I will stick some handouts (group work) on the wall (a reading text is written on ) and a handout on the board on which the possible answers are written for gap filling activity. And I will pair the students and ask them to choose one of the handouts. They will read the text and come to the board to find a correct answer for each gap.
