Procedure (23-28 minutes)
Pre-lead in (3-4 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students
I will show ss a couple of questions which they will have to discuss in pairs to engage them on the topic. Then I will show ss some sentences using some challenging words to discuss with them the meaning, form, and pronunciation.
While (Gist and specific information) (6-8 minutes)
Tell learners they will listen to an audio to get a general idea of the text and while listening to the audio they have to answer the google for I will provide. Then we will check answers together in open class feedback. After ss will listen to the audio for a second time and complete an exercise in a google form. Peer check afterward
Post (Response to the text) (14-16 minutes)
Learners will discuss the contents of the text then I will conduct feedback.
