Procedure

Lead in (3-5 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students

At this stage of lesson I want to get students to look around the class and tell me what they see,I will give them some examples using there is ,there are, some,any,alot of.

Pre listening (8-10 minutes) • To make students more engaged and elicit what they know about this Grammer.

I want to put students in pairs to talk about what does Emma have,what doesn't she have.I monitor and check for correct use of have/doesn't have,some,any and a lot of.

While listening-presentation (8-10 minutes) • For accurate pronunciation Iwant to play 4.5 recording and check their sentences.

First students listen and check their answers,I ask some questions to check Do they know when do we use any, when do we use some.

Practice (6-8 minutes) • To concept check and prepare students for more miningful practice

The students are provided with an exercise,I et them to do,and check with their partners.Then I say the correct answers.

Practice-production (8-10 minutes) • To provide students with free practice of target language

At this stage,I encourage the students to ask each other what they have in their home.using the words some any and a lot of.
