Procedure (86-130 minutes)
T greets the students and displays a slide on jamboard with some questions that suggest the topic of the lesson. T let the students share ideas and answer the questions in a group.
T shows ask questions about the topics of preparing a job interview and choosing the right career. T shares the link of the Jamboard and ask students to work in groups. Students are divided in two teams and need to list the different steps for each topic (each team will have a topic). T displays the answers and elicits the useful vocabulary.
T displays some expressions to give advice. These expressions will help students during their speaking activity and allow them to give advice and tips on what to do and not to do. T elicits form, meaning, and pronunciation for each expression. Students work individually to find examples for each of the expressions
T shows two pictures from the Jamboard and explains to the students that they need to give advice for each of the situations. T divide students in breaker rooms for 5 minutes for each situation. Task 1: Instruction: Look at the following picture and give advice to help a student finding his career path. Task 2: Instruction: Look and compare the two pictures. Give advice to the man and explain him what he should do to succeed his job interview.
OCFB Teacher provides DEC and elicits some correct and incorrect ideas on the board. T asks if there are questions from the students. If not, teachers thanks the students and say goodbye.
