Procedure (8-9 minutes)
Warmer/Lead-in (1-2 minutes) • To set lesson context and engage students
Ask the questions like : What cooking shows do you have in your country? What do you think of them? Do you sometimes use their recipes?
Pre-Listening #1 (2-3 minutes) • To prepare students for the text and make it accessible
Pre-teach Vocabulary that you may guess unfamiliar for students
Pre-Listening #2 (3 minutes) • to make the students search for specific information
Play the first track and ask the students to answer the questions
While-Listening (2-4 minutes) • To provide students with less challenging gist and specific information reading/listening tasks
play the second track and then ask them to fill the blank
