I have created a worksheet that gaps the TL from the text and I will share it with the Ss I will give an example and illicit a response from Ss I will have Ss identify the correct gaps from 3 sentences.

I will explain the concept of Present Perfect Tense: "Uses the word Have or Has plus the past participle." I will share slides with examples of regular and irregular verbs along with the Has/Have combination and have students drill for pronunciation.

Ss will write 2 true sentences and one false sentences about their life experiences. They will use the Present Perfect. I will model clearly by offering 2 truths and a lie on the screen In break out rooms they will take turns to reading their sentences. Partners will guess with sentences are true or false.
